+ Coldwell adds two agents to Longboat Key office
Coldwell Banker Longboat Key announced the addition of two new agents to its team. Cathy Gilitberti came to the area from New York, where she managed more than 7 million square feet of commercial space. She is a graduate of Barry College and St. John’s School of Law.
Pablo Arthur attended law school and has a background in computer engineering. He spent the early years of his life in the Dominican Republic.

+ Wagner Realty announces top producers in December
Wagner Realty announced its top agents for the month of December. Listing honors went to Jerry Cunningham, of the Longboat Key office, and Rae Ellen Hayo, of the Anna Maria Island office. Sales honors went to Cunningham and the sales team of Becky Smith and Elfi Starrett, of the Anna Maria Island office.

+ Pam Charron joins Michael Saunders & Co.
Pam Charron has joined Michael Saunders & Co. Charron is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified New Homes Specialist (CNHS) and a Fine Homes Specialist and is Trans International Referral Certified (TRC). She also holds Green and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations from the National Association of Realtors.

+ Coldwell Banker Longboat Key has record December
Coldwell Banker Longboat Key announced a record December last month, with 46 sales and more than $33 million in new pending business. According to branch manager Bob Stanley, 21 of the office’s agents contributed toward December’s totals. In a prepared statement, agent Lynne Koy explained the surge.

“I believe it is two-fold,” she said. “First, we have worked hard to counsel our sellers in the value of our international reach and the importance of positioning their properties correctly when they enter the market. Secondly, buyers in the luxury home market are recognizing the best time to own a piece of our beautiful city is now. That pent-up demand opened up in December. We are all excited about a very solid 2011.”
