Ranch home sells for $1.04 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 18 and Dec. 10, 2010.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops this week’s real estate transactions. Ronald Carabbia, Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 6902 Belmont Court to Christopher and Jennifer Feeney, Bradenton, for $1.04 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 6,009 square feet of living area.

EAST COUNTY
Golf Pointe at Palm-Aire Country Club
Constance Ganz, trustee, Sarasota, sold the unit V-232 condominium at 7304 Golf Pointe Circle to Garland and Maria Monroe, Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,980 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $143,900 in 1986.

NORTH MANATEE
Foxbrook
Gregg and Pamela Scott, Apollo Beach, sold their home at 5311 Saddlewood Terrace to Thomas and Janette Girvin, Parrish, for $334,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,177 square feet of living area.

River Woods
Gary and Susann Boyd, Parrish, sold their home at 2809 112th Terrace E. to Clifford and Janis Heath, Parrish, for $289,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,766 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,900 in 2001.

Oakleaf Hammock
GMAC Mortgage LLC sold the home at 7004 40th Court E. to Raymond Bartels, Ellenton, for $285,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,890 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $517,000 in 2010.

Palmetto Skyway
Sandra Neuling of Cary, N.C., sold her home at 4907 Bay State Road to Jennifer Rich and Justin Rice, Palmetto, for $271,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 1,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,500 in 2002.

Old Mill Preserve
Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. sold the home at 7115 Mill Hopper Court to Alexander and Wilma Figueroa, Palmetto, for $270,000. Built in 2010, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,268 square feet of living area.

Lakeside Preserve
K. Hovnanian Windward Homes LLC sold the home at 12112 56th St. E. to Troy Davis, Cheryl Davis and Leon Paige, Parrish, for $200,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,396 square feet of living area.
