A Siesta Key home at 625 Norsota Way sold for $5.9 million Friday, Jan. 14, a year-to-date high for Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties.

The property was listed Kim and Michael Ogilvie and co-listed by Michael Hays, all of Michael Saunders & Co. The Ogilvies also represented the buyers in the transaction.

According to a prepared statement from Michael Saunders & Co., the 7,931-square-foot West Indies-inspired home was built in 2009 and has deep-water harborage, a separate guest house and skyline view of downtown Sarasota and the Ringling Bridge.
