A St. Armands Key home sold for $7,494,500, according to a general warranty deed filed Wednesday, Jan. 26, at the Sarasota County Courthouse.

The deed lists the sellers of the home, located at 290 N. Washington Drive, as Christopher and Lynette Unnerstall, of Eureka, Mo., and the buyer as Sarasota Vacation Property LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, as the buyer.

A March 2009 story in the Longboat Observer featured the property, which was completed in February 2008 and listed at $9.8 million, and later marketed as the St. Armands Key Residence Club, a luxury fractional ownership property. The article described the home as having more than 6,500 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and luxury features such as a wine room, heated pool, spa, theater and deep-sea dock on Sarasota Bay.
