Casey Key home sells for $3.05 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 20 and June 24. A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sole Investments II LLC sold the home at 1215 Casey Key Road to Vincent and Donna Hartnett, of Chester Springs, Pa., for $3.05 million. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,700,000 in 2005.

The Tower Residences
James Thompson sold his Unit 1001 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to David and Patricia Porter, of Darien, Conn., for $2.05 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,350,000 in 2003.

The Landings
Frederick and Trina Turton, of Fulton, Ga., sold their home at 4587 Camino Real to Christopher and Talbot Harris, Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,014 square feet of living area.

Poinsettia Park
Michael and Sandra Koolkin, Sarasota, sold their home at 1865 Goldenrod St. to William and Maryellen Brackett, of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for $495,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,429 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2002.

Allen and Bonnie Vanoverbeke, of Cashiers, N.C., sold their home at 5105 Oxford Drive to William F. Kortum III Properties II LLC for $1 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,209 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,427,000 in 2004.

Citi Property Holdings sold the home at 5161 Sandy Beach Ave. to PNMAC Mortgage Co. for $306,500. PNMAC then sold the home to Jozsef Meszaros, Sarasota, for $310,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,900 in 2003.

Suedelle Ault sold the Unit 501 condominium at 755 S. Palm Ave. to John and Pauline Wood, Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1998.

Hansen
Anthony and Marrianne Mongillo, Sarasota, sold their home at 1428 Quail Run to Mary Alexander, of Winona, Minn., for $450,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,935 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2007.

Regency House
Patricia Kaufman, Sarasota, sold her Unit 501 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Lawrence Nortrup and Doreen Nortrup, trustees, Sarasota, for $440,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,687 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $489,000 in 2004.

Morten Andersson, Sarasota, sold the Unit 919 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trial to Allan and Nadia Lalani, Sarasota, for $430,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,500 in 2001.

Landings Treehouse
Patrick and Wendeline Carlton, of Cashiers, N.C., sold their Unit 45 condominium at 1469 Landings Circle to Harold and Mary Alterman, Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,176 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2007.

Andrew Loeb, of Bloomington, Ind., sold his home at 1522 S. Lake Shore Drive to Michael and Jacqueline Becher, Sarasota, for $390,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,411 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,400 in 2005.

Carol Dalton and Robert Reardon, of Webster, N.Y., sold their Unit 608 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Robyn Gaudiano, Sarasota, for $345,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $482,000 in 2007.

Martha Stinnett, Sarasota, sold her home at 612 Ohio Place to Paul and Mikeal O’Keefe, Sarasota, for $314,600. Built in 1923, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2009.

Edward Schindler and Joyce Schindler, of Warsaw, Ohio, sold their home at 1020 S. Orange Ave. to John Reinagel, trustee, of Memphis, Tenn., for $275,000. Built in 1948, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 1982.

South Gate
Carol Springer, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 3520 Mineola Drive to Richard Liddle and Jenny Morrill-Liddle, of Halcottsville, N.Y., for $265,500. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,652 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1999.

A. Scott Rainey sold the Unit 425 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Jon and Anita Wooton, Sarasota, for $610,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $660,000 in 2004.

Roland Matusoff and Patricia Buckley-Matusoff sold their Unit 506 condominium at 9150 Blind Pass Road to Arnold Lesser and Catherine Lambertini-Lesser, of Centerport, N.Y., for $430,000. Marc Hoffman and Janis Reed, trustees, of Allegheny, Pa., sold the Unit A-602 condominium at 1001 Beach Road to John and Kerry Feehery, Washington, D.C., for $400,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1985.

Anthony and Phyllis Tumminaro, of Alamogordo, N.M., sold their home at 611 Tropical Circle to Heather Blank, of St. Charles, Ill., for $349,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,591 square feet of living area.

Rosemary Fogarty, trustee, Cincinnati, sold the Unit 202 condominium at 5900 Midnight Pass Road to John Marinis and Kayreen Brickner-Marinis, of British Columbia, Canada, for $325,000. Deutsche Bank sold the Unit 405N condominium at 6310 Midnight Pass Road to Lenna and John Kirby, Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2005.

Robert E. Passmore and Robert E. and Pamela Passmore, of Montgomery, Ohio, sold their Unit 502 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to James and Sandra Reidenbach, of Loveland, Ohio, for $317,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 2005.

Sarasota Beach
Richard Goldschmitt II, trustee, of Knox, Tenn., sold the home at 5226 Calle De Costa Rica to Morten Brante and Sheri Timmons-Brante, of Kennesaw, Ga., for $235,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $6,300 in 1971.
