Tower Residences condo sells for $2 million

A condominium in The Tower Residences tops all real-estate transactions in Sarasota from June 27 to July 1. Property Healers Inc. sold the Unit 1603 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Roger Hauger and Cathy Convery-Hauger, of Sarasota, for $2.09 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.35 million in 2003.

Also at The Tower Residences, David and Alberta Purpora sold their Unit 801 condominium to Bankunited for $1.66 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.17 million in 2006.

Thomas Pipp sold his Unit 1106 condominium to Cecil and Shirley Pickett, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2007.

Sarabande
Carol Krug, trustee, sold the Unit 63 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to Julius and Carol Nicolai, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,437 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2003.

Aqualane Estates
Gerd Petrik sold the home at 1808 Stanford Lane to Sharon Petrik, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $959,500 in 2009.

Anthony and Bettye Dillon sold their home at 6148 Hollywood Blvd. to Robert and Nancy Barbera, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,944 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1985.

Beau Ciel
David Arnsby, of DeRuyter, N.Y., sold his Unit 702 condominium at 900 Blvd. of the Arts to Milton and Laurie Boniuk, of Houston, for $730,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2005.

100 Central
Anthony and Kathy Sanzo, of Allegheny, Pa., sold their Unit F-812 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Dennis and Margaret Adams, of Fallston, Md., for $625,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2008.

One Watergate
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., sold the Units 17A and 17F condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Hasan and Ebtisam Jaber, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,154 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2003.

The Landings
Steven Gardner, trustee, sold the home at 1627 Peregrine Point Court to Lisa Gialdini, of Sarasota, for $445,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,176 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 1989.

1350 Main
Garry and Valerie Jacobsen, of Old Saybrook, Conn., sold their Unit 1007 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Stephen Kingshott, of London, for $360,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $447,000 in 2007.

Granada
Laurel MacDonald, trustee, sold the home at 3602 Camino Real to Stephen Maisto and Mary Byrne-Maisto, of Syracuse, N.Y., for $217,500. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2004.

Raymond and Marcia Steele sold their home at 4150 Las Palmas Way to John and Barbara Sutton, of Sarasota, for $555,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2000.

Raymond and Fern Millman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5192 Little Brook Court to David and Risa Radeke, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,330 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2007.

Gerald and Margaret Henkel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4621 Sweetmeadow Circle to Elena Kirschen, of Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a pool and 2,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $527,500 in 2006.

Russell and Debra Bucci, of Osprey, sold their home at 4856 Sabal Lake Circle to M. Isabel Pacheco, of Bollingbrook, Ill., for $310,500. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $236,000 in 2000.

Anne Verhagen sold her home at 4895 Sabal Lake Circle to James Hayes, of Dublin, for $275,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,726 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2002.

Joseph and Nancy Lavalle, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 5623 Novara Place to Robert and Maria Laessig, of Sarasota, for $485,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $403,400 in 2003.

Robert Harkins, trustee, and Constance Harkins, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5868 Helicon Place to Stephen and Linda Carretto, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,500 in 2002.

Harris Cohen, of Tallevast, sold his home at 7807 Bergamo Ave. to Martin Howard and Miryam Docster, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $393,000 in 2006.

Christopher Caza, of Livonia, Mich., sold his home at 4189 Brookpointe Court to Monte and Catherine Harrod, of Sarasota, for $321,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,127 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2008.

Conrad and Charlotte Bechard sold their home at 5106 Hanging Moss Lane to Lawrence Johnsen, of Hamden, Conn., for $289,900. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,858 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,500 in 1995.

William Murphy, trustee, sold the home at 3939 Torrey Pines Blvd. to Michael White, of Lakeville, Minn., for $250,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,313 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,400 in 1985.

Carlo and Marjorie Pilla, trustees, sold the home at 425 Titian Drive to Kevin and Patricia Traier, of Milford, N.J., for $1.65 million. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,903 square feet of living area.

Liza and Devon Shepherd, of Sarasota, sold their home at 218 Sorrento Drive to Sam Petersheim, of Osprey, for $425,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 2004.

Oaks II
Susan Hynes, trustee, sold the home at 395 Mac Ewen Drive to William and Nancy Becker, of Southington, Conn., for $353,800. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,022 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 1989.

Bay View Acres
Jack Ryan Jr. and Bruce Ryan, personal representatives, and Jack, Rae, Bruce and Candace Ryan sold the home at 1857 Baywood Drive to Alex Rigopulos, of Belmont, Mass., for $315,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,450 square feet of living area.

Rivendell
Timothy Palmer and Christina Marketos sold their home at 754 Anna Hope Lane to Lawrence and Nancy Dobias, of Osprey, for $312,300. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2004.

Leonard and Nora Wait, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 731 Shadow Bay Way to Inderjit and Jane Randhawa, of Alberta, Canada, for $264,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2005.

Edward Suplica and Joyce Suplica, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1347 Thornapple Drive to Margo Cook, of Osprey, for $252,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area.

Eleanor Chard, of Madison, N.Y., sold her home at 3744 Sandspur Lane to James and Mary Porter, of Wassenaar, Netherlands, for $950,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1984.
