River Club home tops week's home sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 4 and July 8.

A home in River Club South tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Donna and David Halligan, Sarasota, sold their home at 6907 River Birch Court to Ronald Hock and Lori Cortellini, Bradenton, for $597,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,662 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2001.

Ashley Trace at University Place
Frank and Jane Lange, trustees, University Park, sold the home at 7816 Ashley Circle to William and M. Suzanne Presley, of Jamaica Plain, Mass., for $380,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,693 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Stephen and Cheryl Mixson, Bradenton, sold their home at 7625 Camden Harbour Drive to Alyce Dreyer, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,100 in 2003.

Johannes and Marja Kortlever, of Houten, Netherlands, sold their home at 9047 Willowbrook Circle to Douglas and Martha Nooney, Bradenton, for $260,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,233 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2006.

John and Rebecca Thompson, Bradenton, sold their home at 416 Country Meadows Way to Terry and Dawn Wicklund, St. Augustine, for $365,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,700 in 2006.

Summerfield Village
Evelyn Harris sold her home at 11351 Rivers Bluff Circle to Jody Abrams, Lakewood Ranch, for $300,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,702 square feet of living area.

Harold and Holly Floyd, Bradenton, sold their home at 6626 Buttonbush Court to Silvia Costa and Paolo Costa, trustees, Bradenton, for $210,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,800 in 1996.

Mill Creek
Eric and Jennifer Weishaar, Nokomis, sold their home at 2006 148th Court E. to Robert and Theresa Phillips, of Jefferson City, Mo., for $297,600. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,651 square feet of living area.

Michael and Heather Charles, Sarasota, sold their home at 13637 Second Ave. E. to Brian and Marni Mount, Bradenton, for $265,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,621 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2007.

Craig Balliette, Bradenton, sold his home at 16810 Fifth Terrace N.E. to Jeffrey and Kathleen Siwicki, Bradenton, for $281,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,760 square feet of living area.

River Club North
Robert Benson and Loretto Seifts-Benson, Bradenton, sold their home at 6709 Medinah Court to Randall and Bobbie Sparks, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,658 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2006.

Greyhawk Landing
James and Paula Camastro, Sarasota, sold their home at 224 Dove Trail to Charles Kersey and Angela Jackson-Kersey, of Louisville, Ky., for $252,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,800 in 2005.

Palm-Aire at Sarasota
Richard Anderson and Lisa Anderson, Sarasota, sold their home at 5422 Country Lakes Lane to Gary Chesnut and Bruce Bell, Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $311,000 in 2003.

Rosedale Golf and Tennis Club
Hildegarde Marra, Sarasota, sold her home at 8615 53rd Place E. to Lillian Case, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $240,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2004.

David and Diane Hennessey, trustees, of Kensington, N.H., sold the home at 4915 88th St. E. to Eric Celerier, of Courtevil, France, for $220,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2007.

Lindley and Judy Leggett sold their home at 6120 28th Ave. E. to Corey Dill and Michelle Priddy, Bradenton, for $235,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet of living area.

Hampton Terrace
Edward and Molly Lakomiak, Bradenton, sold their home at 7715 Edmonston Circle to Earl Walsh, Bradenton, for $230,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,732 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2005.
