Interdependence Day

The July 3 wedding of Melissa Jekonski and Dr. Brad Lerner was a wonderful addition to the Fourth of July weekend for the family and friends of the couple.

The casual 9:30 a.m. ceremony, followed by a Sunday brunch, took place in the side yard of the couple’s new home near Southside Village. Guests included Dr. Lerner’s three children, their spouses and children; and also his father, brother and niece.

From Jekonski’s family were her two children, mother and stepfather, grandmother, sister and her husband. Rabbi Brenner Glickman, from Temple Emanu-El, conducted the service.
