University Park home sells for $990,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 16-20.

A home in Hyde Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Clayton and Donna DeSantis sold their home at 7306 Westminster Court to Lee and Deborah Hirschey of Hammond, N.Y., for $990,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,923 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.0999 million in 2001.

Rosedale Highlands
FAAAMVECSF LLC sold the home at 4907 96th St. E. to Lawrence and Barbara Burbige, Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,585 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 7665 Harrington Lane to Deborah and Martin Robinson, Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 2002, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $872,900 in 2010.

Treymore at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Robert and Eva Ratonyi, trustees, Atlanta, sold the home at 4816 Carrington Circle to Eva Maze, trustee, Sarasota, for $437,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2005.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
ACPA Land Investments LLC sold the home at 7696 Silverwood Court to Qiuyu Shi and Qlufeng Shi, Lakewood Ranch, for $376,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,381 square feet of living area.

Lisa Cappiello, Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 13918 Siena Loop to Robert and Patricia Enander, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,303 square feet of living area.

Bank of America, NA, sold the home at 7656 Portstewart Drive to Evelyn Downing, Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two and one half baths, a pool and 3,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $641,900 in 2010.

Wilmington Land Company sold the home at 4624 62nd Ave. E. to Dennis and Pamela Poe and Betty Jo Poe, Bradenton, for $341,600. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,341 square feet of living area.

Scott and Stephanie Haynes, Bradenton, sold their home at 7706 Jay Watch Glen to Glenn and Susan Southworth of Jamestown, R.I., for $322,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,847 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2007.
