Lakewood Ranch home sells for $1.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 23-27.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas and Una Kohl, trustees, sold the home at 7211 Pasadena Glen to Timothy and Michelle Lea, Lakewood Ranch, for $1.3 million. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,457 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Robert and Kathryn Irwin, North Fort Myers, sold their home at 9411 Old Hyde Park Place to Karen Kopp, trustee, Bradenton, for $500,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $820,000 in 2005.

John Horne, Bradenton, sold his home at 9925 Laurel Valley Ave. Circle to Michael and Ann Bowers, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,556 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2003.

Richard and Donna Parrish, Bradenton, sold their home at 9803 Royal Lytham Ave. to Arnold and Jane Myers, Bradenton, for $290,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,905 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,000 in 2004.
