+ Danny Marr joins MS&Co.
Danny Marr has joined the St. Armands Circle office of Michael Saunders & Co. Marr began his real-estate career in 1977, after graduating from Indiana University with a degree in public affairs/urban studies. In 1990, he formed Olympia Partners Ltd., which grew to become the third-largest commercial brokerage firm in Indianapolis. He later co-founded a separate real-estate company that produced 49 projects in seven states with an aggregate development value of more than $200 million. In 2001, he founded Veritas Realty LLC, a retail shopping center leasing-and-property-management firm. Earlier this year, Marr returned to residential real estate and now specializes in waterfront and other luxury property sales on Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird and Casey keys.
