+ Timothy Field elected to ITNSarasota board
Timothy “Tim” Field, broker associate with Michael Saunders & Co., was recently elected to the board of directors of the Independent Transportation Network of Sarasota County (ITNSarasota), a non-profit membership organization that provides rides for seniors over 60 and adults with visual impairment.

Field moved with his family in 1952 to Sarasota. His career has included managing the Colony Beach & Tennis Resort; opening the Contemporary Hotel-Walt Disney World; managing Arvida’s Longboat Key Golf Club; planning the Inn on the Beach development; and developing waterfront homes, condominiums and commercial property on Longboat Key. He managed Arvida Realty sales in the mid-1990s and rejoined Michael Saunders & Co. in 2003 to develop the company’s international division.

“Tim Field brings a wealth of expertise in so many areas,” said ITNSarasota Board Chairman Arthur Mahoney in a prepared statement. “This combined with his commitment to ensure that all seniors have an opportunity to live a dignified and independent lifestyle makes him a fantastic addition to our ITN team.”
