Coldwell's Longboat Key office has record May

Coldwell Banker’s Longboat Key office experienced a record May, with more than $59 million in pending sales.

“It was a truly amazing performance by our team,” said managing broker Bob Stanley, in a prepared statement. “What was particularly powerful was we had 18 sales more than $1 million, of which five were more than $3 million, and six were between $2 million and $3 million.”

Judy Kepecz-Hays was the top-performing agent for the month, with eight sales and more than $20 million in pending sales volume.
