Lakewood Ranch C.C. home tops sales at $925,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 6-10.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey and Andrea Bruner, of Wayne, Mich., sold their home at 7119 Teal Creek Glen to Roderick McKenney and Wanda Brown, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $925,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,238,000 in 2005.

Eaton Place
Marshall and Helen Bedder of Poulsbro, Wash., sold their home at 6318 Thorndon Circle to Steven and Linda Shell of London, England, for $600,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 2005.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
William and Alicen Gordon, Bradenton, sold their home at 8010 Panther Ridge Trail to Frank and Diane Stroud, Bradenton, for $565,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,735 square feet of living area.

Gary MacDougall and Jacqueline MacDougall, Bradenton, sold their home at 22575 Morning Glory Circle to James and Tina O’Brien and Thomas O’Brien, Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,859 square feet of living area.

Stephen and Mireya Whitaker, of Montgomery, Ky., sold their home at 6465 Indigo Bunting Place to Donald Jenkins II, Lakewood Ranch, for $530,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2009.

Rosedale Highlands
Martin Brown, Bradenton, sold his home at 5220 96th St. E. to James and Melissa Jones, Bradenton, for $465,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $322,500 in 2002.

St. James Park
Peter Zubrin, of Huntington Woods, Mich., sold his home at 6656 St. James Crossing to Juri and Barbara Pill, of Toronto, Canada, for $420,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,563 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2003.

Tibor and Maritza Kerekes, Bradenton, sold their home at 6721 The Masters Ave. to Ann and David Saunders, Bradenton, for $419,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,683 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2007.

Steven and Patricia Lakner sold their home at 7447 Edenmore St. to First Financial Bank, trustee, for $312,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,186 square feet of living area.
Timothy and Yasmin Mattox, Bradenton, sold their home at 7823 Heritage Classic Court to Cheryl Picken, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $221,700 in 1999.
