Casey Key home sells for $3.1 million

A home on Casey Key tops all real-estate transactions from June 6 to June 10. Tammis Day, of Sula, Mont., sold the home at 135 N. Casey Key Road to Roso LLC for $3.15 million. Built in 1974, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,681 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.5 million in 2006.

The Rice House
Rice House LLC sold the Unit 4 condominium at 534 Beach Road to Thomas and Anne Kadien, of Memphis, Tenn., for $2.62 million. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,731 square feet of living area.

Island Reef
Jean Brown, of Carson City, Nev., sold the unit C-201 condominium at 8776 Midnight Pass Road to Dennis and Judith Hain, of Valparaiso, Ind., for $750,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,815 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $632,500 in 2002.

Siesta Isles
Artur and Verena Jarczynski, of Warsaw, Poland, sold their home at 5440 Azure Way to Nicholas Gaze for $735,0000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,252 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2007.

Harmony
Joseph Biederman, trustee, and Brenda Biederman sold the home at 4904 Higel Ave. to Mark Musto, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,714 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 1989.

Horizons West
Joan Turkington, trustee, sold the Unit 707 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Isis Badawi, of Greensboro, N.C., for $575,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1992.

Sarasota by the Sea
Lynn and Ronald Stroup, trustees, sold the home at 6630 Midnight Pass Road to I.W. Land Partners LLC for $500,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2001.

Tortuga Beach
John and Barbara McClean, of Galesburg, Ill., sold their Unit 203 condominium at 8750 Midnight Pass Road to Larry Mackey, of Indianapolis, for $480,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $765,000 in 2005.

Peppertree Bay
Shelley Langston sold her Unit 222-D-3 condominium at 1083 Peppertree Drive to Rosina Pease, trustee, for $375,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,326 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2000.

Our House on the Beach
Anna Bohnel, of Easton, Pa., sold her Unit C-211 condominium at 1123 Lake House Circle to James and Matilda Santagata, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $340,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,000 in 1998.

David Chase, trustee, sold the Unit 18 condominium at 6006 Midnight Pass Road to Dante and Linda Cupido, of Ontario, Canada, for $220,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1999.

Siesta Beach
Sally DeLuca, trustee, sold the home at 5011 Commonwealth Drive to NSF Development LLC for $200,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,459 square feet of living area.

Frank and Christine Heider, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1306 S. Lake Shore Drive to Anna Nekoranec and Bengt Niebuhr, of Sarasota, for $2.15 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 1988.

Angelo Ingorvaia, of Sarasota and Karl Helbig, of Osprey, sold their home at 6609 Waterford Lane to Vincent and Mary Foster, of Sarasota, for $203,300. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $167,000 in 1998.

Ralph and Ann Barrett, of Villa Rica, Ga., sold their home at 4014 Via Mirada to Carmel Ruiz-Bosch, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $251,000 in 2003.

William and Nancy LaFranca, of Shelby, Mich., sold their Unit N2 condominium at 14041 Bellagio Way to Irwin Kahn and Sondra Kahn, trustees, for $210,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $579,900 in 2006.
