A home in The Oaks tops all real-estate transactions from Jan. 31 to Feb. 4. Stanley Meuser and Veronica Meuser, of West Palm Beach, sold their home at 116 Osprey Point Drive to Peter and Roberta Rowan, of Osprey, for $2.2 million. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 6,931 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 1998.

Island Townhomes of Siesta Key
David Drown and Vicki Drown, trustees, sold the Unit B condominium at 501 Beach Road to Daniel Lynch Jr., of Sarasota, for $925,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2010.

Siesta Beach
William and Lori Lockhart, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4651 Higel Ave. to E. Russell and Christine James, of Sarasota, for $920,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,120 square feet of living area.

Point of Rocks
Patricia Barnes, trustee, sold the home at 7147 Point of Rocks Circle to Fred and Esther Streicher, of Lincolnwood, Ill., for $805,000. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,005 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2002.

Pointe on Midnight Pass
William and Susan Lennard, trustees, sold the Unit 707 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Dixie Coy, trustee, for $499,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2000.

Haleakala House of the Sun
Dale and Nancy Carmichael, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 206 condominium at 6518 Midnight Pass Road to The Wensel Family Ltd. Partnership for $385,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,500 in 1985.

Donald Schaller Jr., of Furlong, Pa., sold his Unit 203 condominium at 6518 Midnight Pass Road to William Coppola and Katherine Jeffries-Coppola, of Orchard Park, N.Y., for $350,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $98,000 in 1999.

Coquille
Joseph Fornasiero, of Clarence, N.Y., sold his Unit 102 condominium at 1125 Coquille St. to Mark and Lisa Greb, of Coralville, Iowa, for $380,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet of living area.

Peppertree Bay
Edward Wheeler and Ann Wheeler, trustees, sold the Unit 607 condominium at 1055 Peppertree Drive to Michael Fridkin and Mary Beaudry, trustees, for $335,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area.

Jamaica Royale
Patricia Noe, of Richmond, Va., sold her Unit 62 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to J. Phil and Patricia Gilbert, of Carbondale, Ill., for $200,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 728 square feet of living area.

Isles of Sarasota
Arthur and Ellyn Schoenewaldt, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5924 Mariposa Lane to Arden and Barbara Esslinger, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,400 in 2007.

Huntington Pointe
Joy and Edward Thompson, of Medina, Ohio, sold their home at 8810 Huntington Pointe Drive to Brigette Tschuor, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,371 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,000 in 1996.

Clark Lakes
Peter and Brenda Wright, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3655 Carol Lane to Johnathan and Melanie Van Houten, of Sarasota, for $237,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,655 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2009.
