+ Maureen Curtin joins MS&Co. LBK office
Maureen Curtin has joined Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office. Curtin is originally from New York and moved in 2001 to Bay Isles on Longboat Key. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s in education from the State University of New York.
Curtin has more than 30 years of experience in the real-estate industry and holds Florida and New York broker’s licenses in addition to Certified Relocation Specialist (CRI), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Fine Homes Specialist (FHS) designations.
+ Sotheby’s announces new sponsorship deals
Sotheby’s International Realty announced two, new exclusive sponsorship deals with BBC.com and the United Kingdom’s Telegraph Media Group (TMG).
The 26-week “Living In” series, which showcases cities and regions throughout the world, will be key to the BBC.com campaign. The Sotheby’s International Realty brand will also sponsor the “World’s Best Places to Live” section of the Telegraph’s expat website, telegraph.co.uk/expat, for six months.
“Sellers in the Sarasota/Manatee markets will benefit from the global exposure these two valued media partnerships provide,” said Judy Green, president and CEO of Signature Sotheby’s International Realty, in a prepared statement. “Signature Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to offer its clients this powerful resource, which is unique to the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Wagner Realty announced its top agents for the month of February. Listing honors went to Dorothy Cook, of the Longboat Key office, and Dave Moynihan, of the Anna Maria office. Sales honors went to Jerry Cunningham, of the Longboat Key office, and Carol Codella, of the Anna Maria office.
