Waterlefe home sells for $515,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 21-25.

A home in Waterlefe Golf and River Club tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Ciricillo, New York, sold his home at 923 Fish Hook Cove to William and Kathleen Vernal of Moon Township, Pa., for $515,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $714,600 in 2004.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Rhonda Kingen, Bradenton, sold her home at 7325 Lake Forest Glen to Gary and Patsy Tucker, Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,279 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2007.

Leslie and Brenda Judy, University Park, sold their home at 7329 Wexford Court to Patricia Orchard, Lakewood Ranch, for $333,000. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2010.

A. Timothy Linehan, trustee, Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7339 Riviera Cove to Joyce Schrock of La Grange, Ind., for $262,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,927 square feet of living area.

Claude and Marcy Spiron of West Chester, Pa., sold their home at 7036 Old Tabby Circle to Peter and Caroline Mechanick, New York, for $225,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2007.
