GALLERY: Pat Neal celebrates 8,000th sale

LECOM student Lauren Acton, right, was the guest of honor at Pat Neal's 8,000th home sale celebration March 11.

Pat Neal honored longtime partners, including LWR Communities President Milt Flinn, during the celebration.

Manatee County Commissioner Donna Hayes spoke at the event, along with fellow Commissioner John Chappie and Sarasota County Commissioner Jon Thaxton.

Pat Neal's son, John, left, recently announced plans to complete University Park Country Club.

Lauren Acton said the home is perfect for her and her daughter, 8-year-old Lilliana.
