+ Perlman offers limo tour of keys to potential buyers
Richard Perlman, sales associate with Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, recently began offering limousine tours to prospective luxury homebuyers. Perlman, who took four clients to visit properties on Longboat, Lido, Bird and Casey keys last week, said that the offering is a new part of his business model.

“It enables us to speak and discuss each home before we get there and after we see it in a conference room-like setting,” Perlman said.

+ D’Agostino joins Coldwell’s Longboat Key office
Margo Urban D’Agostino has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office as a sales associate. D’Agostino is a former member of The Cover Girls, an international pop-dance group that opened for musical acts such as New Kids on the Block and Menudo, featuring Ricky Martin.

D’Agostino joined the group in 1987 and later moved in the 1990s to Sarasota, where she hosted a local
TV show, “Faces and Places,” before venturing into new condominium residence sales on Siesta Key.
She is a lymphoma survivor who has raised more than $1.5 million for the Cancer Research Treatment Center in New York City. D’Agostino is a 17-year resident of Bird Key and will serve the waterfront and luxury-home markets of Sarasota and Manatee counties.

+ Valarie Wadsworth joins MS&Co. St. Armands office
Valarie Wadsworth has joined the Michael Saunders & Co. St. Armands Circle office. Wadsworth is active in the Young Professionals Group, the Junior League of Sarasota and other non-profit fundraising activities. She has worked in real estate since 2000 and specializes in downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle and the barrier keys.
