1350 Main Residential condo sells for $828,100

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 11 and Feb. 16. A condominium in 1350 Main Residential tops all real-estate transactions this week. Francis Baldwin, of Marshall, Texas, sold his Unit 1210 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Thomas Mannausa, of Sarasota, for $828,100. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $889,400 in 2007.

Cherokee Park
Michael and Christine Gruttadauria, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1715 South Drive to Peter and Tiffany Liashek, of Sarasota, for $825,000. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2002.

Lake Park
Howard Schickler sold his home at 1717 Spring Creek Drive to Gena Mollica, trustee, for $625,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 2004.

Bay Haven
Diane Gilligan, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3008 Bay Shore Road to Robert and Shannon Warren, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1924, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 1999.

Alinari
Glenn and Katharine Roberts, of Garrett Park, Md., sold their Unit 711 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Donovan Yoder and Eleanor Powell-Yoder, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,500 in 2007.

Regency House
Peter Seats, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 403 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Cornelia Matson, trustee, for $339,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2004.

Phillippi Landings
Virgil Barber Jr. sold his Unit 501 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Jeffrey Bridge, of Ontario, Canada, for $330,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $821,200 in 2006.

Dirk Defenbaugh and Jane Dailey, trustees, sold the Unit A-106 condominium at 8764 Midnight Pass Road to Leslie Jacobson and Jeanine Caltagirone, of Warren, N.J., for $539,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,883 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,400 in 1990.

Gulf and Bay Club
Stephen and Suzanne Price, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 611 condominium at 5770 Midnight Pass Road to Victor and Cheryl Rey, of Lincoln, R.I., for $460,500. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2007.

Crescent Arms
Mary Teeter, of Hickory, N.C., sold her Unit 703-S condominium at 6312 Midnight Pass Road to Pavan and Tracy Mediratta, of Bellbrook, Ohio, for $375,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 1976.

Raquel Rodriguez, beneficiary, and Mary Jackson, trustee, sold the home at 309 Avenida Milano to David Wightman and Cydney Green, of Ontario, Canada, for $310,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,439 square feet of living area.

Ruby Embrey and Sandra Embrey-Meyer, trustees, sold the Unit B condominium at 5950 Midnight Pass Road to Christopher Bemben, of Chicago, for $275,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,064 square feet of living area.

Gary and Carrie Weisman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8848 Bloomfield Blvd. to Raechel Haines-Hart, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,007 square feet of living area.

Michael and Nancy Napolitano, of Murrysville, Pa., sold their home at 9529 Forest Hills Circle to Charles and Rosemary Zone, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,900 in 1998.

Budge and Jill Huskey, of Osprey, sold their home at 259 Osprey Point Drive to Joann McDermott, of Osprey, for $500,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.02 million in 2004.

Eleanor Hartle sold her home at 1084 Mallard Marsh Drive to Bruce and Janet Lorie, of Osprey, for $379,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,703 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $347,900 in 2001.
