Concession home tops weekly real estate sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 7-11.

A home in Concession tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Vesta Equity LLC sold the home at 19432 Ganton Ave. to David and Mary Eslick, Bradenton, for $1.04 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and two half-baths, a pool and 4,452 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2009.

Henley
Donald Griffin sold his home at 6905 Cumberland Terrace to Michael Mikula and Denise Mikula, trustees, of Naperville, Ill., for $875,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $811,100 in 2002.

The Links at Palm-Aire
Kathy Goodman, Sarasota, sold her home at 7304 Links Court to Thomas Klett and Dawn Werle, of Purchase, N.Y., for $552,000. Built in 1994, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,637 square feet of living area.

Langley Park
I. William Collins, Sarasota, sold the home at 6922 Langley Place to Mark and Debra Bury, University Park, for $540,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,688 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $703,000 in 2005.

Pomello Park
Eveyln Boldt, Tallevast, sold her home at 27400 Gopher Hill Road to Donald McCaskill and Gary Neve, Myakka City, for $510,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,856 square feet of living area.

M&M Homes Corp. sold the home at 15410 Lemon Fish Drive to Karen O’Keefe, trustee, Lakewood Ranch, for $265,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,616 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2006.
