The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 28 and March 7. A home on Casey Key tops all the transactions in this week’s real estate. Aquos Properties LLC sold the home at 3206 Casey Key Road to Richard and Michelle Harvey, of Nokomis, for $2.6 million. Built in 1987, it has five bedrooms, seven-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,851 square feet of living area.

CNLBank sold the home at 751 Siesta Key Circle to Robert Chadfield, trustee, Sarasota, for $1.9 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,717 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Beach
Peter and Karen Jackson, Sarasota, sold their home at 172 Island Circle to Michael and Jill Schiaparelli, Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,365,000 in 2005.

Robert Anderson, Sarasota, sold his home at 106 Island Circle to Mark and Amy Karch, of Newtown, Pa., for $549,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,265,000 in 2005.

Island Circle Properties LLC sold the home at 437 Island Circle to James Pintauro, of Pelham, N.Y., for $330,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,102 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $423,000 in 2004.

Geraldine Benseman, of Gretna, Pa., sold her home at 5230 S. Winding Way to Sarah Kirk, of Ocala, for $575,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,033 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,500 in 2005.

Juanita Dean, trustee, of Morehead, Ky., sold the Unit 303 condominium at 6208 Midnight Pass Road to William and Paula Cody, of Montpelier, Vt., for $560,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $84,000 in 1979.

Meredith and Cathy Jo Lloyd, trustees, of Yorktown, Ind., sold the Unit 620 condominium at 1400 Midnight Cove II Place to Wayne Carucci, of Cincinnati, for $440,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2003.

Richard and Joan Thorpe, of Newton, Iowa, sold their Unit 75 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to JKL Properties LLC for $407,500. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2002.

Richard Pyle, trustee, of Ogden Dunes, Ind., and James Pyle, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit A210 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Robert Maranto Jr., of Amherst, N.Y., for $375,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $27,900 in 1969.

Neil and Beverley Georgi, of Osprey, sold their Unit 207 condominium at 6285 Midnight Pass Road to Mark and Caroline Laframboise, of Ontario, Canada, for $320,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,000 in 1997.

Thomas and Ligia Russell sold their Unit 201 condominium at 901 Beach Road to Stefan and Connie Gawalewicz, of Ontario, Canada, for $320,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1999.

Robert O’Neill, Barbara Dorman and Ann McMurrer sold their home at 1879 Boyce St. to MRJF Enterprises LLC for $260,000. Built in 1942, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet of living area.

Richard and Nancy Koenig, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 60 condominium at 5011 Kestral Park Drive to Jeffrey Durante and Laurie Malone, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2005.
