A home in Bay Isles sells for $2.2 million

Isabella Paspa sold her home at 541 Harbor Cove Circle to John and Marilyn Kucharski, of Wayland, Mass., for $2.2 million. Built in 1999, the 5,835-square-foot home has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a swimming pool. The property sold for $545,000 in December 1996.

The sale was the largest of 11 key transactions recorded between April 18 and April 22 at the Sarasota and Manatee county courthouses and the sole sale to exceed $1 million. Of the week’s transactions, seven occurred on Longboat Key, including three in Manatee County, two took place on Lido Key and one each occurred on St. Armands and Bird keys.

Country Club Shores
PS (2010) Properties LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company with a 597 Cutter Lane address, transferred the property at 585 Cutter Lane in Country Club Shores to Armando Linde, trustee of the Armando S. Linde Revocable Trust, and Philippa Maroney, as trustee of the Philippa Felicity Revocable Trust. Ownership of the property was transferred in a separate warranty deed from the revocable trust to Linde and Maroney, husband and wife, of Punta Gorda, for $665,000. Built in 1973, the 2,537-square-foot home has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a swimming pool. It sold for $1.65 million in November 2005.

Longboat Cove
Arline Rosenberg, Joel Rosenberg and Sue Ann Rosenberg Wieser, of Asheville, N.C., sold Unit 202 at the 26-unit Longboat Cove, 5461 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Bret Henricks and Donna Bhisitkul, husband and wife, of Lakeland, for $525,000. Built in 1980, the 1,516-square-foot unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It last sold for $275,000 in June 1993.

Longbeach Village
Rudolf Wunsch Jr., of Winter Haven, sold his home at 581 Broadway in the Longbeach Village to Mark and Melanie Barber for $395,000. Built in 1988, the 1,692-square-foot home has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. It last sold for $168,000 in April 1994.

Longboat Harbour
Henry Gitzen, of Bradenton, sold Unit 201 in Building D at Longboat Harbour, 4340 Falmouth Drive, to Joyce Mount, Gordon Mount and Paula Mount, trustees, of Toronto, for $195,000. Built in 1969, the 1,092-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Cedars East
Ronald and Barbara Newman, of Clarkston, Mich., sold Unit 23 at 657 Cedars Court in the 93-unit Cedars East to Robert Radin, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $170,000. Built in 1988, the 1,244-square-foot unit has one bedroom and two bathrooms. It sold new for $155,000 in May 1988.

Boathouse on Longboat
Arthur and Susan Warshaw sold Boat Slip 1212 at the 194-slip Boathouse of Longboat, at 408 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Terry Walker, of Ottawa, for $40,000. The slip last sold for $19,500 in March 1999.

Bird Key
Phyllis Bryant, of Venice, sold the home at 607 Owl Way, on Bird Key, to Donald and Margery Hetzel for $477,000. Built in 1966, the 1,768-square-foot home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool. It last sold for $240,000 in February 1999.

St. Armands
Ashwini and Leslie Bahl, 55 N. Washington Drive, sold the home at 233 Blvd. of the Presidents in the St. Armands Division of the John Ringling Estates Inc. to Diana Clagett, of Washington, D.C., for $470,000. Built in 1957, the 1,565-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It last sold for $390,000 in May 2010.

Key Towers South
David and Cheryl Riedlinger, 333 Benjamin Franklin Drive, sold Unit 7-B at Key Towers South, 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive on Lido Key, to Warren and Chang Groudan, of Albertson, N.Y., for $515,625. Built in 1970, the 1,364-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It last sold for $300,000 in March 1996.

Also at Key Towers South, Stephan and Suzy Frater, of Providence, R.I., sold Unit 9-C at Key Towers South to Mitchell and DeAnn Mealy, of Jefferson City, Mo., for $395,000. Built in 1970, the 1,364-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It last sold for $282,000 in June 1999.
