Lance Tankard sold his home at 1031 Rainbow Court to David and Barbara Sands of Princeton, N.J., for $650,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $758,800 in 2004.

John and Lisa Thompson, Bradenton, sold their home at 6535 Coopers Hawk Court to Robert Sosso and Thomas Kovacik, trustees, Bradenton, for $499,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,955 square feet of living area.
Rainer Hentschel and Ann Rubin-Hentschel, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6710 Pirate Perch Trail to John and Denise Franz, Bradenton, for $386,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,536 square feet of living area.

St. James Park
Cameron and Mary Bennett sold their home at 6682 St. James Crossing to Donald and Rebecca Fuchs of Evansville, Ind., for $445,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,643 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2001.

Watercrest
Jaime and Irma Suarez of Metairie, La., sold their unit 201 condominium at 6330 Watercrest Way to Stephen and Lisa Hyde of Newark, Del., for $360,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2007.

Patricia Coddington, Sarasota, sold her home at 7157 Victoria Circle to Terence Wharton and Rosemary Depaolo of Wilmington, N.C., for $355,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,504 square feet of living area.

William and Elizabeth Davidson of Salisbury, Md., sold their home at 7570 Links Court to John Hunter and Christine Hunter, trustees, Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,595 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
George and Denise McQuillen sold their home at 13832 Siena Loop to Dwayne Zeller and Sharon Howard of Newfoundland, Canada, for $328,500. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,164 square feet of living area.

Theo Peters sold his home at 7750 US Open Loop to Joel Garson, trustee, of Northbrook, Ill., for $325,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,132 square feet of living area.

Aaron and Michelle Orange, Wesley Chapel, sold their home at 8209 Snowy Egret Place to Christopher and Shelley Simpson, Bradenton, fro $320,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,473 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $333,000 in 2003.

John Deardorff, trustee, of Wilmington, Del., sold the home at 5860 Lakeside Woods Circle to Vernon Holland for $318,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,923 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2002.

Charleston Pointe at University Place
Shonne Miller and John Minelli, Bradenton, sold their home at 8227 Planters Knoll Terrace to Anita Enzinna of Lockport, N.Y., for $285,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2009.

GreyHawk Landing
Kathleen Spelkoman of Toms River, N.J., sold her home at 379 Snapdragon Loop to Marquin Israel, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,613 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $383,200 in 2005.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the unit 7957 condominium at 7957 St. Simons St. to John Lee and Claire Dixon-Lee of Palatine, Ill., for $265,900. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Thomas and Mary Ruffino sold their home at 635 Misty Pond Court to Carol Vasile, Bradenton, for $227,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,695 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2003.

James and Kathryn Wernstrom of Grand Rapids, Mich., sold their home at 708 Foggy Morn Lane to Terrance and Barbara Lee of Wichita, Kansas, for $215,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,635 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2004.
