Hundreds of mustards competed in the 2011 World Wide Mustard Competition, but there’s one Sarasota mustard that deserves special recognition.

McClain’s Old Florida Gourmet’s Vidalia Onion Honey Mustard Sauce received a silver medal in the competition, held April 29, in Middleton, Wis. The National Mustard Museum hosted the competition, which the Iron Mustard Chefs judged.
