Savoy on Palm condo sells for $1.37 million

A condominium at The Savoy on Palm tops all real-estate transactions from April 18 to April 22. Stanley and D’Ann Wernick sold their Unit 703 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Arthur and Joan Schwartz, of Sarasota, for $1.37 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.26 million in 2006.

Beach Villas at the Oasis
TCM SWFL IV LLC sold the Unit 313S2 condominium at 313 Beach Road to Highland Springs Ventures LLC for $1.06 million. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,236 square feet of living area.

Sea Village
Frank Scholz and Judith Gleason sold their Unit B-2 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Sanjay and Devyani Kumar, of Sarasota, for $490,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2005.

Henry and Marlene Maimon, of Dayton, Ohio, sold their Unit A-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Beach Blvd. to Red Sands LLC for $369,600. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2008.

Coquille
Bernice Tweedy, trustee, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 1185 Coquille St. to Srinivas Murali and Marie Baldisseri, of Pittsburgh, for $455,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 1999.

Provincial Garden Apartments
Simon and Janet Braun, of Asheville, N.C., sold their Unit N-6 condominium at 6005 Midnight Pass Road to Joseph and Lynn Bornstein, of Bradenton, for $372,500. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2001.

Excelsior Beach to Bay
Janice Ketley sold her Unit 303 condominium at 6287 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas and Christine Damms, of Voegelsen, Germany, for $345,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2002.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 905 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Nathan and Janet Polsky, of Sarasota, for $695,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $446,000 in 2000.

Shoreland Woods
Jeffrey and Monique Vermillion, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3331 Old Oak Drive to Ralph and Paula Prather, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2006.

Michael Magowan, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 601 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Stephen and Reva Mitchell, of Chicago, for $390,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,405 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $578,000 in 2005.

Harbor House South
Elizabeth Bredemeyer and Jo Carol Neibert sold their Unit 32 condominium at 400 Golden Gate Point to Ronald and Pamela Friedman, of Cromwell, Conn., for $357,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,202 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,500 in 1977.

Broadway Promenade
David Clapp and Edward Bernstein, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1629 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Tracey Large, of Gatlinburg, Tenn., for $274,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,500 in 2008.

The Landings Carriagehouse
Nana Rowe, of Barrysville, N.J., sold her Unit 68 condominium at 5043 Kestral Park Drive to Edward Durda, of Longwood, for $246,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1983.

Hartland Park
Daniel Currie, trustee, sold the home at 1870 Siesta Drive to Marie des Neiges Grossas, of Washington, D.C., for $236,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,888 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2005.

Hartsdale
Lynn and Francine Ross sold their home at 1803 Morris St. to RJJM LLC for $215,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $13,000 in 1966.

Forest Oaks
James and Penelope Snyder, of Cobb, Ga., sold their home at 5385 Matthew Court to Rene Bernadac, of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,999 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $209,000 in 2002.

Pinecraft
Galen Mast and Carol Weaver, trustees, sold the home at 1306 Carter Ave. to Nelson and Ruth Beachy, of Millersburg, Ohio, for $200,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area.

Stephanie Cordone, trustee, sold the Unit 101 condominium at 1632 Starling Drive to Cecile Spellman, of Bronxville, N.Y., for $200,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,900 in 1999.

Meredith Chiatello, trustee, sold the home at 8752 Pebble Cree Lane to Robert and Jama Roman, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $307,000 in 2001.

Marvin and Grace Ganfi, of Calhoun, Mich., sold their Unit 1811 condominium at 9580 High Gate Drive to Joseph and Sonia Monteith, of Ontario, Canada, for $305,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,700 in 1996.

The Country Club of Sarasota
James and Marianne Gerfo sold their home at 3831 Torrey Pines Blvd. to Douglas and Sofiya Vogt, of Sarasota, for $242,500. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $51,100 in 1983.

The Oaks II
David and Cathy Black sold their home at 669 Trenton Way to Bolton and Maureen Drackett, of Osprey, for $1.3 million. Built in 1993, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,806 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2007.
