Lake Club home tops sales at $1.2 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 25-29.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. CNLBank sold the home at 7905 Waterton Lane to Thomas Munro of Suffolk, England, for $1.2 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,944 square feet of living area.

EAST COUNTY

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Joseph and Colleen Nassab, Bradenton, sold their home at 7812 Rosehall Cove to Carey and Shannon Masera and Judy Masera-Lenz for $625,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,185,000 in 2005.

James and Jeanette Freytag of Higginum, Conn., sold their home at 6639 Pebble Beach Way to Bahram and Neda Ahmadi, Bradenton, for $369,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,198 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2010.

William and Rebecca Bowman of Cumming, Ga., sold their home at 7122 Orchid Island Place to Eric Pescinski, Lakewood Ranch, for $355,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,163 square feet of living area.

Serafino and Nancy Bueti and Margaret Rae of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., sold their home at 7332 Lake Forest Glen to Warren and Sheryl Brooks, Sarasota, for $258,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,874 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,000 in 2009.

Quail Walk
Regions Bank NA sold the home at 8330 Linger Lodge Road to Thomas Greer II, Destin, for $600,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet of living area.

River Club South
James and Nancy Fitch, Bradenton, sold their home at 7545 Harrington Lane to Michael and Catherine Patneaude of Duanesburg, N.Y., for $490,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $534,000 in 2003.

Donald Mussetter sold his home at 9910 Laurel Valley Ave. Circle to Christine and Michael Lennox, Bradenton, for $312,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,379 square feet of living area.

Riverwalk Ridge
Kent and Marilyn Houston of Chesterfield, Mo., sold their home at 11908 Goldenaster Place to Thomas and Bonnie Newman of Alton Bay, N.H., for $402,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,638 square feet of living area.

Katherine Songster and Jeremie Ruby-Strauss of Terrytown, N.Y., sold their home at 12315 Greenbrier Way to Kevin and Kristy Jewell of Katy, Texas, for $360,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,485 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2005.

Thomas and Dawn Villone sold their home at 6926 Honeysuckle Trail to Troy and Carolyn Eaden, Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,154 square feet of living area. It sold for $745,000 in 2006.

Eleanor Maddox, trustee, sold the home at 6104 Saddlehorn Ave. to Brian and Mary Lovrey, Sarasota, for $370,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $281,300 in 1998.

Glenda Labadie of Bay City, Mich., sold her unit 301 condominium at 6310 Watercrest Way to Paul and Diane Redd, Miami, for $335,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It sold for $300,000 in 2009.

Glen and Vicki Joshpe, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14024 Nighthawk Terrace to Albert Moletz and Sharon Stultz of Gibsonia, Pa., for $317,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,431 square feet of living area. It sold for $475,000 in 2006.
