Stark naked
10:40 p.m. — 6000 block of 13th Avenue. Indecent exposure. Ronald G. Stark, Bradenton, charged with indecent exposure, walking naked with a glass of wine and covered in Vaseline. Stark stated he was out for a walk and likes to walk in the nude. He said he comes from Vermont, where he claimed walking nude is legal.
