Casey Key home sells for $3 million

A house on Casey Key tops all real-estate transactions from May 2 to May 6. Sole Investments II LLC sold the home at 1215 Casey Key Road to Vincent and Donna Hartnett, of Chester Springs, Pa., for $3.05 million. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.7 million in 2005.

Indian Beach Court
Peter and Melissa De Lisser, of Sarasota, sold their home at 612 Indian Beach Lane to Ismail and Rihanna Kola, of New York, for $2.92 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.2 million in 2004.

The Tower Residences
Bruce and Judith Schindler, of Atlanta, sold their Unit 901 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Guy and Elizabeth Sokmensuer, of Sarasota, for $1.7 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.19 million
in 2003.

James and Anne White, of Buffalo, N.Y., sold their Unit PH-1801 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Arthur and Nancy Donaldson, of Union Hall, Va., for $1.09 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,219 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.54 million in 2007.

Arthur Thompson and Anne-Marie Tardif, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1540 Bay Point Drive to David and Kimberly Dunn, of Sarasota, for $975,000. Built in 1941, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,547 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 1994.

Barbara Humphrey, of Bloomington, Minn., sold her Unit 303 condominium at 5430 Eagles Point Circle to James and Marjorie Moody, of Sarasota, for $670,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,943 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $452,400 in 1995.

Brenda Terris, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1839 Alta Vista St. to Stephen and Sra Eddy, of Newtown Square, Pa., for $555,000. Built in 1939, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,772 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2005.

Sydney King, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 1107 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Kevin Boucher, of Sarasota, for $405,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,805 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $747,900 in 2006.

Zeljko and Amber Skrtic sold their home at 1912 Kenilworth St. to Allison Berg, of Washington, D.C., for $370,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2008.

Paragon Mortgage Holdings LLC sold the home at 575 Golden Gate Point to Steven and Ilene Rosenthal, of Washington, D.C., for $330,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2004.
