Sole Investments II LLC sold the home at 1215 Casey Key Road to Vincent and Donna Hartnett, of Chester Springs, Pa., for $3.05 million. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.7 million in 2005.

Indian Beach Court

Peter and Melissa De Lisser, of Sarasota, sold their home at 612 Indian Beach Lane to Ismail and Rihanna Kola, of New York, for $2.92 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.2 million in 2004.

in 2003.

James and Anne White, of Buffalo, N.Y., sold their Unit PH-1801 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Arthur and Nancy Donaldson, of Union Hall, Va., for $1.09 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,219 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.54 million in 2007.

Zeljko and Amber Skrtic sold their home at 1912 Kenilworth St. to Allison Berg, of Washington, D.C., for $370,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2008.
