Mustang baseball camp dates set

The Lakewood Ranch High baseball team will host its 4^th annual Mustang Baseball Camp from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., June 27 through July 1 and July 11-15.

The camp, which is open to children ages 6-14, will teach participants the fundamentals of hitting, pitching, base running, fielding and throwing. Participants will also learn proper infield and outfield play and the rules of the game while establishing good sportsmanship, commitment and team unity within a fun and education atmosphere.

The cost is $125 per session, which includes water. Participants need to bring their own lunch. Lunch of a hotdog, chips and a drink will be available for $4. Gatorade will also be available for purchase.
