University Park home tops sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 9-13.

A home in Albemarle tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Judith Browning of Seneca, S.C., sold their home at 6805 Chancery Place to David Little, University Park, for $865,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,851 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Wells Fargo Bank, NA sold the home at 12443 Highfield Circle to Ronald Legere and Marcia Krajewski of Vernon, Conn., for $815,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,638 square feet of living area.

Ronald and Marilyn Robertson of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 7335 Edenmore St. to Douglas Gray and Suzanne LeFrancois-Gray, Lakewood Ranch, and 1269060 Ontario Inc. for $439,500. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,141 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,400 in 2010.

BankUnited sold the home at 6540 The Masters Ave. to Heather Perry, Bradenton, for $408,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,663 square feet of living area.

The Bank of New York, trustee, sold the home at 7408 Riviera Cove to Catherine and Anthony DiOrio of Homer Glen, Ill., for $260,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $416,100 in 2005.

Lake Club
Richard and Branda Wasilius of Neshanic, N.J., sold their home at 16404 Clearlake Ave. to Ralph and Carol Williams of Ontario, Canada, for $675,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,678 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Chris and Nettie Doty, Bradenton, sold their home at 10622 Restoration Terrace to Glen and Vicki Joshpe, Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,600 in 2002.

Rosedale
William and Mary Naylor, Sun City Center, sold their home at 8717 49th Terrace E. to Cornelia Kase, trustee, Bradenton, for $382,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,183 square feet of living area.

Darlene Pryor of Ontario, Canada, sold her home at 8718 52nd Drive E. to James and Bonita Wright of Ontario, Canada, for $260,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 1995.

Virginia Water
James and Sandra Cordasco of Harvey Cedars, N.J., sold their home at 7108 Prestwick Court to Joanna Glass, University Park, for $375,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two and one half baths, a pool and 2,247 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Jeremy and Raquel Reece, Bradenton, sold their home at 8123 Quail Greens Terrace to Peter and Sandy Gatti, Sarasota, for $365,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,605 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2007.

Nasser Razack sold the home at 312 Heritage Isles Way to Michael Stevens, Bradenton, for $225,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,000 in 2008.

Edgewater Village
Dorothy Goldberg of Berkeley Heights, N.J., sold her home at 8428 Sailing Loop to William and Mary Dietrich, trustees, Lakewood Ranch, for $330,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,366 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $313,200 in 2002.

Jay and Natalia Levy sold their home at 6610 Waters Edge Way to Gonazlo and Maria Escobar, Lakewood Ranch, for $240,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,250 square feet of living area. It sold for $260,000 in 2008.

Stephen and Tammy Ekes, Sarasota, sold their home at 7637 Heyward Circle to Ronald and Helene Davis, Bradenton, for $306,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,112 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $414,300 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
Kevin and Tara Shaffer of Braselton, Ga., sold their home at 14121 Nighthawk Terrace to Wayne and Candice Carr, Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2006.

Robert and Patricia Eby of Lititz, Pa., sold their home at 6866 74th St. Circle E. to Scott Wyszomirski and Stefanie Guth, Bradenton, for $230,250. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two and two half baths and 2,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $311,400 in 2004.

Stephen Adams and Diane Gonzalez-Adams, Bradenton, sold their unit 16-D condominium at 919 River Basin Court to Donald and Mary McLain of Hadley, Mass., for $220,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,156 square feet of living area. It sold for $499,000 in 2005.

Twin Rivers
William Higgins and Julie Woodson, Parrish, sold their home at 3902 162nd Ave. E. to Federal Mortgage Association for $401,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,267 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2006.

Nandelall and Rehana Bhakeram, Bradenton, sold their home at 15420 27th Court E. to William and Phyllis Meinke of Belmont, N.H., for $250,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,802 square feet of living area.

Crystal Lakes
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 7116 56th Terrace E. to Jason Wong, Palmetto, for $230,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,174 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,500 in 2006.
