A home in Hidden Harbor tops all real-estate transactions from May 9 to May 13. YOLA Sunshine Ltd. sold the home at 5109 Jungle Plum Road to Morgan and Kathleen O’Brien, of Pittsburgh, for $3.2 million. Built in 2009, it has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,271 square feet of living area.

Plaza at Five Points
Five Points Residential Investments LLC sold the Unit 17PHC condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Anthony and Kathy Sanzo, of Sarasota, for $2.16 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,174 square feet of living area.

Rivo at Ringling
Rivo at Ringling LLC sold the Unit 206 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Anthony and Mabel Esposito, of Longboat Key, for $855,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,460 square feet of living area.

Lawrence Pointe I
BHF LLC sold the Unit 402 condominium at 101 Sunset Drive to Molly Schechter, trustee, for $730,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2007.

Ira and Annette Ross, of Osprey, and Diane Papazian-Longem, of Osprey, sold their Unit 1308 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Jay and Iris Leonard, of Short Hills, N.J., for $565,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $566,700 in 2007.

John and Tiffany Gammaro, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1627 S. Lake Shore Drive to Matthew Schulz, of Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 1965, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,586 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 1998.

Leland Birch and Deborah Weston, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 128 Golden Gate Point to Cairns Cove LLC for $367,600. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 3,317 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.14 million in 2004.

Linda Stenberger, trustee, sold the home at 2549 Marblehead Drive to Robert and Elizabeth Beckham, of Sarasota, for $276,300. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,874 square feet of living area.
