Signature Sotheby’s announced that eight new agents have joined the firm.
Mark Huber is a broker/associate who has 33 years of Sarasota real-estate experience and is the former owner of Sarasota’s Metro Specialty Services, a nursing service. Huber works with his mother, Joyce Huber, who is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and a former high school teacher.
Ken Ipox has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University and owned a graphic-and-design business for 15 years. He has been a licensed real-estate professional for four years.
Teri Sax holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Buffalo State University and has been a Realtor for approximately nine years. She specializes in properties on Sarasota’s keys.
Marty Benson studied business at the University of Memphis and has worked in Longboat Key real estate for 21 years, specializing in waterfront, beachfront, golfing and boating communities in Longboat Key and Sarasota.
Hoyt Beaty is a Bird Key resident who has worked in Florida and North Carolina real estate for more than 28 years. He previously worked as vice president of Beverage Distribution Centers covering North Carolina and South Carolina.
Ziad Sleit has worked in the building industry since the 1990s and has been a Realtor since 2003. He earned an MBA from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
Tom Perkins is a Florida native who has a bachelor’s degree in social science from the University of South Florida. He specializes in multimillion-dollar waterfront properties on Longboat Key and surrounding areas.

Two new agents have joined the St. Armands office of Michael Saunders & Co.
Diana Michel has lived since 1981 in Sarasota and is a Bird Key resident. She has 12 years of residential real-estate experience and specializes in luxury waterfront properties and master-planned neighborhoods throughout Florida’s Gulf Coast. She is an active member of Sarasota Yacht Club.
Chris Wetzig is a Lido Key resident who earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Denver. He previously worked as a service specialist for a mutual fund company in Denver before earning his real-estate license in 2009. He is a member of the Sarasota Young Professionals Group and serves on the Sarasota Association of Realtors communications committee.
