University Park home tops sales at $760,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 17 and Oct. 21.

A home in Richmond Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Adrienne and John Wagner, trustees, Sarasota, sold the home at 8120 Collingwood Court to Robert and Wendy Grady, of Haddonfield, N.J., for $760,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,454 square feet of living area.

Lakewood Ranch
Ronald and Therese Masseo sold their home at 7016 Brier Creek Court to Gregg and Molly Van Lue, Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,649 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $526,500 in 2006.

Elwood Park
Superior Bank sold the home at 2304 45th St. E. to Daniel and Jennifer Brown, Sarasota, for $437,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2006.

Riverdale Revised
Imre and Anglea Veres, of Spring, Texas, sold their home at 206 Americas Cup Blvd. to Michael and Tiffany Potillo, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,183 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Neal Signiture Homes LLC sold the home at 14621 Newtonmore Lane to Chris and Deana Iacobelli, Lakewood Ranch, for $320,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,391 square feet of living area.

Notting Hill
Barbara Gochman, trustees, Sarasota, sold the home at 7323 Kensington Court to Joseph and Virginia Miceli, of Lansdale, Pa., for $315,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,802 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $238,000 in 1999.

Heritage Harbour
Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 8203 River Preserve Drive to V and A Shipping Inc. for $258,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,829 square feet of living area.

Coach Homes II at River Strand
Robert and Rosemary Levin, Bradenton, sold their Unit 2902 condominium at 408 Winding Brook Lane to Jimmy Joy Man Wong, Bradenton, for $242,500. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $209,000 in 2010.

Fairway Lakes at Palm-Aire
Max and Uschi Frimberger, Sarasota, sold their home at 7338 Fairlinks Court to Rodney Miller, Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,900 in 2001.

Water Oak
Allen Cope, Venice, sold his home at 6734 64th Terrace E. to Christopher and Tracy Brooks, Bradenton, for $236,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,125 square feet of living area.

Hidden Oaks
Dennis Bayer and Jill Bayer, of Austin, Texas, sold their home at 603 129th St. N.E. to Ali and Joshua Miiller, Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,000 in 2003.

Gordon and Valerie Johnstone, Bradenton, sold their home at 15434 Mulholland Road to Timothy Schultz, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,613 square feet of living area.

Foxbrook
Robert and Nancy Munce, Belair, sold their home at 17511 Howling Wolf Run to Michael Bruno, Parrish, for $215,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,309 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2005.
