The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 17 and Oct. 21.

A condominium in Gulf and Bay Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. George Dyer Jr. and Selma Dyer, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit 409 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to David Gubler and Ellie Foster, of Ontario, Canada, for $600,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $273,500 in 1992.

Peppertree Bay
George Fairgrieve, of Ontario, Canada, sold his Unit 118 condominium at 1025 Peppertree Drive to Todd Creech and Heather Roberto, Tampa, for $590,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,000 in 2008.

Casarina
Michael Young, trustee, of Sioux Falls, S.D., sold the Unit 703 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Daniel and Andreia Koch, of Richfield, Wis., for $565,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1986.

Cozy Cove
Donald and Nancy Lester, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit 1 condominium at 9024 Midnight Pass Road to Fabrice Denizet, of Toulon, France, for $355,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,797 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $98,500 in 1979.

Harbor Yacht and Racquet Club
Albert and Maylina Lee, Sarasota, sold their Unit 219 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Lai and Amy Yam, Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,404 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2000.

Siesta Manor
Deborah Pennington, Joseph Kundla and Patricia Maitland, of Cantonsville, Md., sold the home at 350 Avenida Leona to Windsor Property LP for $347,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,000 in 1988.
