Ingredients:
10 poblano peppers
2 cups chickpea flour
Garlic
Fresh ginger
Jalapeño peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
Cumin powder
Garam masala
Tumeric powder
Olive oil
Cilantro
Method:
1. Place poblano peppers on side, slice them open and remove the seeds. (If you want it spicy, leave a few.)
2. Add flour to bowl. Mix in the tumeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt and pepper and stir thoroughly.
3. Blend jalapeno peppers in a food processor. Next, add the ginger and blend together. Add both ingredients to the flour mixture. Add a little bit of oil and water until it becomes a paste.
4. Chop up cilantro and add to the mixture. Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
5. Hand fry peppers for 10 minutes and bake on 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
