Richland Farms home tops East County sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 24 and Oct. 28.

A home in Richland Farms tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. E. Lawrence and Sally Reagan, Bradenton, sold their home at 10208 S.R. 64 E. to Mark Cahill Investments LLC for $700,000. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,326 square feet of living area.

St. James Park
Dennis Bryan sold his home at 6608 St. James Crossing to Manfred Wilke, of Bad Neuenahr, Germany, for $495,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,553 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2008.

Country Meadows
Gerald and Beverlyn Truchart, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 631 Country Meadows Way to Gilbert and Shirley Piazza, Bradenton, for $479,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,035 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,900 in 2006.

Carlyle at the Village of Palm-Aire
Alexander Stanley sold his home at 4909 Creekside Trail to John and Deborah Devoldre, Sarasota, for $329,900. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,163 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $429,900 in 2005.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Mary Lou Meigs-Loughrey and Richard Loughrey, Nokomis, sold their home at 22551 Morning Glory Circle to Thomas and Kelly Lerman, of Bedford, N.H., for $325,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,922 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $612,600 in 2005.

River Club South
Steven and Marti Wymer, of Summit, Utah, sold their home at 7611 Partridge St. Circle to Barry Bright, Bradenton, for $274,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,263 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2000.

John Cavallaro, Bradenton, sold his home at 10201 Silverado Circle to Cynthia Roberts, Bradenton, for $260,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2001.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Robert Eslinger and D. James Eslinger, trustees, University Park, sold the home at 6914 Woodmore Terrace to Bernardo and Eleanor Villajuan, of Queensbury, N.Y., for $240,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,748 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,900 in 2000.

Country Oaks
J. Mark Sakerka, Bradenton, sold his home at 4979 79th Ave. Drive E. to Ronald and Shirley Pitman, Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,053 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2003.
