Lakewood Ranch home tops weekly transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 31 and Nov. 4.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Anne and Leonard Doherty, Sarasota, sold their home at 7339 Edenmore St. to James and Mary Hill, Bradenton, for $457,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2009.

River Club South
Gerald and Lora Alfiero, Sarasota, sold their home at 7011 River Club Blvd. to Lloyd and Ila Slabach, Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $324,900 in 1996.

Benjamin and Susan Santillo, of Tolland, Conn., sold their home at 10291 Silverado Circle to Brian and Lori Levine, Largo, for $219,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,754 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2003.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Donald and Myra Cronin sold their home at 16744 Fourth Ave. N.E. to William and Susan Pleis, Bradenton, for $405,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,391 square feet of living area.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 16605 Third Ave. N.E. to Jason and Mona Crowley, Bradenton, for $274,990. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,408 square feet of living area.
Country Club of Lakewood Ranch

Frank and Eva Keen sold their home at 13844 Siena Loop to Sylvia Schwab, Lakewood Ranch, for $367,500. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,400 in 2003.

Loyd and Margaret Hollingsworth, of Speedway, Ind., sold their home at 7342 Edenmore St. to Timothy and Carol Supple, of Avon, Conn., for $262,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,867 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $296,000 in 2010.

Sherry and Geoffrey Serwer sold their home at 7430 Edenmore St. to Ervin and Mary Heyde, of Chesterfield, Mo., for $260,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,869 square feet. It sold for $449,000 in 2007.

Virginia Water
Jon Kriegel, Sarasota, and Kim Lubin, trustees, sold the home at 7168 Victoria Circle to Howard and Karen McDevitt, University Park, for $375,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,242 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Peter and Jacquelene Swanney, of Manfield, Texas, sold their home at 22530 Morning Glory Circle to Jimmie and Laura Hyde, Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,194 square feet of living area.

Rosedale
Dawn Conner, trustee, and Michael Conner, Dallas, sold the home at 5203 88th St. E. to Allen and Betty Polon, Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 1,934 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2009.
George and Lois Weiss, of Washington, Pa., sold their home at 8635 54th Ave. Circle E. to Michele Cox, of Powell, Ohio, for $238,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,783 square feet of living area.

River Sound
Commerce National Realty LLC sold the home at 5320 Tide Point Way to Volker Nagel and Marion Uhimann for $275,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,112 square feet of living area.

GreyHawk Landing
Hugh and Debra Farnsworth, Bradenton, sold their home at 12618 Cara Cara Loop to Dawn Davidson, Bradenton, for $270,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,613 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $344,600 in 2004.

Heritage Harbour
Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 8015 River Preserve Drive to Gennady and Natalia Kuzmina, Lakeland, for $264,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,829 square feet of living area.

Mandalay
Wilmington Land Company sold the home at 4709 62nd Terrace E. to Gail Chase, trustee, Bradenton, for $260,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,502 square feet of living area.

Summerfield Village
Brad and Maureen Reid, of Apex, N.C., sold their home at 6559 Meandering Way to Federal National Mortgage Association for $248,100. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $218,000 in 2000.

Carlyle at the Village of Palm Aire
John and Jacqueline Bird, The Village, sold their home at 6721 Carlyle Lane to Richard and Phyllis Donnelly, Sarasota, for $247,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,897 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $214,500 in 2000.

Pomello Park
Shawn and Debra Albee, of Henniker, N.H., sold their home at 28220 75th Ave. E. to Martina and Laura Pinson, of Summerville, S.C., for $239,900. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,305 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,900 in March.

Greenbrook Village
Stephen Crosby and Julie Tomlinson, Bradenton, sold their home at 13531 Glossy Ibis Place to Roy and Beverly Russell, of Vestal, N.Y., for $214,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2010.

Samuel Nixon Jr., Ft. Myers, sold his home at 12116 Maple Ridge Drive to Donald Scherer and Elizabeth Gunn, Spring Hill, for $206,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,066 square feet of living area.
