+ Kepecz-Hays, of Coldwell Banker, reaches Legends Society level
Judy Kepecz-Hays, of Coldwell Banker’s Longboat Key office, has exceeded the threshold required for the Legends Society, Coldwell’s highest level of recognition, with two months still remaining in the year.
“Although Judy has reached this level of distinction in the past, the ongoing challenges of today’s market place makes this quite an accomplishment,” said Bob Stanley, managing broker for Coldwell’s Longboat Key office, in a prepared statement.

+ Echelon Group teams up with Habitat of Humanity Sarasota
The Echelon Group, led by Charlotte Hedge, recently completed its one-day TEAM BUILD with Habitat for Humanity Sarasota on Hart Way. The group of 20 volunteers painted the interior and exterior of the Habitat home and made a $1,200 contribution toward Habitat’s building fund.

+ Wagner Realty announces top agents for the month of October
Wagner Realty recently announced its top agents for the month of October. Listing honors went to Teresia Bradford, of the Longboat Key office, and Deborah Thrasher, of the Anna Maria office. Sales honors went to Bradford along with Rae Ellen Hayo, of the Anna Maria office.

+ Tom and Pat Hanly join RE/MAX Platinum Realty
Tom and Pat Hanly recently joined RE/MAX Platinum Realty. The couple will focus on luxury waterfront properties on Longboat, Bird, Lido and Siesta keys, as well as the greater Sarasota area.

Before moving in 1991 to Sarasota, the Hanlys were Realtors with RE/MAX in Ridgewood, N.J. Tom Hanly was named the top-producing agent in the state while there.

The Hanlys owned and operated Hanly & Associates since 1999 on St. Armands Circle until deciding to reunite with RE/MAX at RE/MAX Platinum Realty. They continue to be ranked among the top 1% of Realtors in the U.S.
