12:03 a.m. — 500 blk. Cutter Lane. Complainant said neighbor's dog barking. Officer observered barking dog; told neighbor to bring dog inside. Neighbor confrontational . Brought dog inside. Complainant called police 20 minutes later. Said neighbor was standing on deck barking at him.
