1 — Number of goals Out-of-Door seventh-grader Skylar Jungers scored Nov. 8, in her first varsity soccer game against Saint Stephen’s. ODA lost to Saint Stephen’s 4-1.

5 — Place Sarasota High’s Megan Dewitt finished in the girls regional cross-country meet for FHSAA Class 3A, Region 2, Saturday, Nov. 12, in Lecanto. Dewitt had a time of 19:45.60. The Sarasota High boys cross-country team and Dewitt advanced to the state cross-country meet.

7 — Place Cardinal Mooney’s Matt Christian earned in the 100-yard backstroke Friday, Nov. 11 at the Class 1A FHSAA State Swim Meet. He also placed 10th in the 500-yard freestyle, 14th in the 100-yard backstroke and 19th in the 500-yard freestyle.

3 — Number of silver medals won by three Booker High sophomores at the FHSAA Class 1A Swimming Championships Friday, Nov. 11, at the YMCA Aquatic Center. The three students were Grace DiMeo, Liam McKane and Bethany Leap. Their times also earned each of them All-American consideration.

13 — Place Out-of-Door sophomore Peter Runge finished in cross-country regional meet Thursday, Nov. 10. With a time of 16:58, he will advance to the state meet.

14-7 — The final score of the Riverview High football game against Booker High Friday, Nov. 11. The Riverview Rams bested the Booker Tornadoes.
