Ranch Lake Club home tops weekly real estate transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 7 and 11.

A home in Lake Club tops all transaction in this week’s real estate. Patrick Janis, of Gilbert, Ariz., sold his home at 8336 Catamaran Circle to Wael Alokeh, Lakewood Ranch, for $585,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,261 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
Donna Iversen, trustee, of Brick, N.J., sold the home at 4723 Clipper Drive to John and Cynthia Hansmann, Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 1,650 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Danys Baez and LA Yagruma LLC sold the home at 7621 Camden Harbour Drive to Wendy Ellis, Bradenton, for $315,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,611 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $418,800 in 2004.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the Unit 7921 condominium at 7921 St. Simons St. to Linda Dolan, University Park, for $283,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,653 square feet of living area.

River Club South
SP1 Inc. sold the home at 10503 Cheval Place to Joseph and Alyson Battaglia, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,900 in 2003.

Pomello Park
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 27850 Brandiff Road to Joshua and Amy Baile, Myakka, for $236,900. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,787 square feet of living area.

River Point of Manatee
Peter and Gwendoline Sayers sold their home at 220 39th St. N.E. to Susan Lambert, Bradenton, for $210,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,689 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,100 in 1997.

Braden Woods
Paul and Nicole Pivec, Bradenton, sold their home at 6325 99th St. E. to Diane Lawson, Bradenton, for $203,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2003.

NORTH MANATEE
Oakleaf Hammock
The Ryland Group Inc. sold the home at 5420 74th Place E. to James and Jennifer McManis, Ellenton, for $291,800. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 2,870 square feet of living area.

Sugar Mill Lakes
Jeffrey and Barbara Dusenberry, Bradenton, sold their home at 4512 31st Place E. to HSBC Mortgage Services Inc. for $287,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,200 in 2006.

Forest Creek
Neal Communities, of S.W. Florida LLC sold the home at 4705 Forest Creek Trail to Ronald and Carole Dolson and Dale Dolson, of Ontario, Canada, for $280,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,436 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $348,500 in 2008.

River Woods
Larry Hellberg and Sondra Hellberg sold their home at 11433 30th Cove E. to Clarence and Beverly Krebs, Bradenton, for $204,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,700 in 2002.
