Casey Cove home sells for $600,000

John and Cheryl Caramanian, Nokomis, sold their home at 925 Casey Cove Drive to Janice Wade and Joseph Ross, Nokomis, for $600,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 1993.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions were recorded Nov. 7 to Nov. 11, at the Sarasota County Courthouse. Of this week’s 11 sales, two were recorded in Nokomis, including the top sale, six were recorded in Sarasota and three were in Osprey.

SARASOTA
Cherry Lane
Joseph and Gina Mascio, Sarasota, sold their home at 1718 Cherry Lane to Arthur and Anne-Marie Tardif, Sarasota, for $551,100. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,872 square feet of living area.

Le Chateau
Karen Davis, trustee, Venice, sold the Unit 24 condominium at 37 Sunset Drive to James Arcara, Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2007.

Hartsdale
Mary Head, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 1887 Morris St. to Brian and Keri Kuhn, Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $11,700 in 1975.

Marblehead
Jack and Joanne Sims, of Wheaton, Ill., sold their home at 2557 Marblehead Drive to Christopher Kibbey and Scott Reetz, Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $484,000 in 2007.

Granada
Brian and Keri Kuhn, Sarasota, sold their home at 1732 Siesta Drive to Richard and Danna Lewis, Sarasota, for $243,000. Built in 1951, it has one bedroom, one bath and 768 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $70,300 in 1996.

Alinari
Clifford and Katherine Nierenberg, Sarasota, sold their Unit 912 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Rene Vandenooren and Karri Senyk, Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2007.

OSPREY
The Villas at Osprey Harbor Village
Hal Roback, of Ontario, Canada, sold his Unit H2 condominium at 14021 Bellagio Way to Glenn Taggart, Osprey, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,004 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $727,800 in 2006.

Meridian VI at the Oaks Preserve
Alexander and Rosellen Amoriello and Carl and Mary Anderson, of Pound Ridge, N.Y., sold their Unit 402 condominium at 3603 N. Point Road to Malcolm Greeno and Tibor Racz, Osprey, for $262,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2007.

Willowbrook
Catherine Meffert, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 9105 Willowbrook Drive to Samoil and Galina Kolodka, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $215,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,903 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $59,500 in 2001.

NOKOMIS
Mission Estates
Martin and Tracy Doyle, Osprey, sold their home at 678 Capistrano Drive to Tom Lauwagie and Agnes Grondin, Nokomis, for $450,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,047 square feet of living area.
