Lakewood Ranch home tops sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 14 and Nov. 18.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas and Jody Wilwert, of Woodbury, Minn., sold their home at 7210 Ashland Glen to Ormondo and Frances Leombruno, of Queensbury, N.Y., for $620,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,896 square feet of living area.

Riverwalk Village Cypress Banks
Golazo Homes LLC sold the home at 11035 Hyacinth Place to Louise Pond, of Kewadin, Mich., for $352,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,577 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $261,000 in September.

Eric Hall sold the home at 11123 Hyacinth Place to Vincent and Christine Veneruso, Lakewood Ranch, for $295,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,531 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Heather and Todd Gollnick, Port St. Lucie, sold their home at 13215 Brown Thrasher Pike to Christopher and Deana Iacobelli, Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,921 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2005.

Palm-Aire
Scott and Duska Case, Jupiter, sold their home at 6813 Country Lakes Circle to a Sarasota couple, for $310,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two half baths, a pool and 2,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2006.

Pomello Park
John Owens, trustee, of Crossville, Tenn., sold the home at 26115 65th Ave. E. to Craig and Hannah Farrell, Myakka City, for $300,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,418 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Dorion and Tina Carr, of Plymouth, Minn., sold their home at 13504 Second Ave. N.E. to Byron and Elizabeth Jensen, Bradenton, for $294,100. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,509 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2004.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
William and Carolyn Hutchison sold their home at 6555 Oakland Hills Drive to Bruce and Joan Custons, Univeristy Park, for $285,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,984 square feet of living area.

Watercrest
David and Terezinha Bounds, Bradenton, sold their Unit 403 condominium at 6474 Watercrest Way to Robert Hofmann, Lakewood Ranch, for $280,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2009.

GreyHawk Landing
Ernest and Christine Sbaschnik sold their home at 13039 Peregrin Circle to Boguslaw and Joanna Gluszak, Brandon, for $276,150. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,153 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $538,000 in 2006.

Desoto Lakes Country Club Colony
Louis Barker, Bradenton, sold his home at 5016 Palm Aire Drive to Peter and Patricia Leckband, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,565 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,500 in 2010.

Chaparral
Christina Donatella, Sarasota, sold her home at 5928 Sandstone Ave. to Joseph and Denise Casey, Sarasota, for $249,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $136,800 in 1997.

Mote Ranch
Austin Forbord and Michelle Trott, of Alameda, Calif., sold their home at 7003 Bridle Path Court to Claude and Gee Gee Pfeffer, of Cockeysville Hunt Valley, Md., for $221,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,162 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2004.

Carlyle at the Village of Palm-Aire
Dean Swift and Margaret Swift, trustees, of Leland, N.C., sold the home at 5094 Creekside Trail to Donn and Jeanne Blodgett, trustees, of Waterbury, Vt., for $220,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,692 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $201,700 in 2003.

Avalon at the Village of Palm Aire
Eric and Iise Moon, Sarasota, sold their home at 5038 Lakescene Place to Roger and Marian Lemesh, of Lenoir City, Tenn., for $200,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,765 square feet of living area.

Lake Vista Residences
Nachelle Wilkinson, of Alexandria, Va., sold the Unit F-403 condominium at 7604 Lake Vista Court to Robert Hofmann, Lakewood Ranch, for $200,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,763 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $522,300 in 2007.

Winding Creek
Blanton Investment LLC sold the home at 41137 18th Terrace E. to Leslie and Theresa McLaughlin, Myakka City, for $200,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,528 square feet of living area.

Virgil and Doris Pope, Bradenton, sold their home at 3721 Wilderness Blvd. W. to Duncan Kenney and Melissa D’Agostino, Parrish, for $310,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,559 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2001.

Tropical Harbor
Carla Castle, St. Petersburg, sold her home at 628 Poinsettia Ave. to Clifford Brown and Terry Mills, Ellenton, for $290,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $358,400 in 2008.

Twin Rivers
Gregory and Virginia Koss, Sarasota, sold their home at 16007 33rd Court E. to Robert and Rennie Finck, Parrish, for $248,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,369 square feet of living area.

Forest Creek
PH LLC sold the home at 11738 Hidden Forest Loop to Gene and Katherine Barnhart, of Roscoe, Ill., for $210,990. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,372 square feet of living area.
