Aug. 4, 2000 Who's that?
7 p.m. — 2300 blk. Harbour Oaks Drive. Suspicious Circumstance. Subject said someone was talking to her through the wall and she couldn’t hear what was said. Police told her not to talk back if she hears voices again.
