Lakewood Ranch home sells for $590,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 19 and 23.

A home in Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Donald and Virginia Buehner of Monroe, Ind., sold their home at 7939 Treesdale Glen to Marilyn Martin, Lakewood Ranch, for $590,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,919 square feet of living area.

Rosedale Highlands
Lisa Karkashian, trustee, sold the home at 5226 96th St. E. to Roger and Mary Thibault, Bradenton, for $585,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,004 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Cary and Brenda Stella, Melbourne, sold their home at 7820 Rosehall Cove to Jason and Mindy Buckley, Bradenton, for $535,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,197 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $847,500 in 2008.

Demetrios and Raynette Lignos, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7902 Royal Birkdale Circle to John Stefano, Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,307 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2004.

Carole Kilby, Bradenton, sold the home at 8063 Royal Birkdale Circle to Noel and Laura Brewick, Lakewood Ranch, for $347,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,609 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2000.

Treymore at the Village of Palm-Aire
Joseph and Joette Muscatell, of Poway, Calif., sold their home at 4744 Carrington Circle to Darlene Lawrence, Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $488,000 in January.

Greenbrook Village
Stephen and Keely Himmel, Sarasota, sold their home at 6719 Ladyfish Trail to Kevin and Rebecca Wilkes, Bradenton, for $440,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,932 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $849,000 in 2007.

Riverwalk Ridge
Michael and Deirdre Parker, Bradenton, sold their home at 12316 Lobelia Terrace to Leonard and Mary Brzozowski, of Cincinnati, for $405,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $437,500 in 2003.

Patricia’s Place
Jenean Conover, Terra Ceia, sold her home at 7015 32nd Ave. E. to BISC I LLC for $400,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in May.

Riverdale Revised
David and Teresa Shlels, of Edmond, Okla., sold their home at 3808 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Andrew and Kathy Burke, Dunedin, for $385,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $727,500 in 2005.

Greyhawk Landing
Greg and Rochelle Banach, Longboat Key, sold their home at 12536 Natureview Circle to Justin and Amy Doss, Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 2004, it has six bedrooms, three baths and 3,854 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $489,900 in 2004.

James and Connie Motes, Bradenton, sold their home at 12039 Aster Ave. to David and Lucy Rhoda, Bradenton, for $269,900. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,648 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $454,700 in 2005.

Kenneth and Jennifer Knapp, Bradenton, sold their home at 13057 Peregrin Circle to Kevin Blankenship, Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,329 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2005.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
William Hanshaw of Hurst, Texas, sold his home at 8823 Brookfield Terrace to Earl and Sheri Miller, Bradenton, for $333,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 4,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $579,900 in 2006.

Andrew Kidgell and Kristin Kidgell sold their home at 243 Heritage Isles Way to Lawrence and Gail Ferraro, Bradenton, for $228,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,500 in 2004.

Hampton Terrace at University Place
Scott and Shanna Gentile of The Woodlands, Texas, sold their home at 7710 Edmonston Circle to William Poole II, University Park, for $288,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,479 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,000 in 2009.

Arbor Lakes
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 6014 Winchester Place to Nicholas and Samantha Dzembo, Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,489 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $271,200 in March.

Palm-Aire
Robert Litt, trustee, and Elizabeth Litt, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., sold the home at 6986 Country Lakes Circle to Robert and Shirley Kelly of Edwards, Ill., for $237,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,078 square feet of living area.

Tara
Gary and Sally Tibbetts sold their home at 7043 Owls Nest Terrace to Mario and Angela De Vicario, of Washingtonville, N.Y., for $220,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,802 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $278,900 in 2004.

River Club South
Terry and Judy Wise sold their home at 10147 Glenmore Ave. to Patrick and Carol Gorman, Bradenton, for $204,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,776 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,000 in 2004.
