Holiday Harbor home sells for $1 million

Richard Bores and Mary Cuthbert-Bores, Sarasota, sold their home in Holiday Harbor at 7776 S. Holiday Drive to Edward Stolarski, Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,382 square feet of living area.

This week’s 13 real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 19 and Sept. 23. The top sale of the Holiday Harbor home was the only sale to reach $1 million. Of this week’s sales, eight took place in Sarasota, and five took place in Palmer Ranch.

SARASOTA
Floyd and Cameron
Christopher and Stefanie Guido sold their home at 1894 Loma Linda St. to David Ball and Rebecca Seijas-Ball, Sarasota, for $437,500. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 1,867 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2009.

Indian Beach
David Marlow, Palmetto, sold his home at 3866 Bay Shore Road to Long Nguyen, North Port, for $365,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $297,700 in 2008.

The Landings Treehouse
Mark and Ann Lupo, Sarasota, sold their Unit 42 condominium at 1477 Landings Circle to Treehouse 42 LLC for $335,900. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $492,500 in 2005.

Granada
Jon and Karen Wilder, Sarasota, sold their home at 1503 Bay Road to Mary Jordan, Sarasota, for $330,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,100 in 2005.

Rivo at Ringling
Bradly Cohen, Sarasota, and Well Richards, trustee, of Pearl, Miss., sold the Unit 1205 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to John Caloger, of Brewster, N.Y., for $325,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,700 in 2006.

Alinari
Fannie Mae sold the Unit 1212 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Harriet Morgan, Sarasota, for $252,500. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $539,000 in 2007.

Ridgewood
Jenna and Nicholas Dilorenzo, Sarasota, sold their home at 2353 Palm Terrace to Melissa Sloan and Bryan Easter, Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,709 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2003.

Turtle Rock
Joseph Fortunato, Sarasota, sold his home at 5157 Wild Flower Court to Andy and Judith Zirna, Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2008.

Wellington Chase
Gerald Strable, trustee, of Surprise, Ariz., sold the home at 4950 Oldham St. to John Cleary and Theresa Cleary, Sarasota, for $289,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,202 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,600 in 1998.

Deer Creek
Alma McLoone, of Turnwater, Wash., sold her home at 8282 Shadow Pine Way to Paul Keber and Susan McGraw Keber, of White Plains, N.Y., for $285,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,526 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 2000.

Rivendell
Fannie Mae sold the home at 751 Fordingbridge Way to Curtis and Mary Kennedy, Osprey, for $257,100. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,950 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.

Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch
Paula Kelly, trustee, Bradenton, sold the home at 4002 Jardin Lane to Matthew and Pamela Auen, Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,044 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,000 in 1995.
