Riverdale Revised home sells for $480,000

A home in Riverdale Revised tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Branch Banking and Trust Co. sold the home at 4306 Barracuda Drive to Robert and Jolene Shindler, Bradenton, for $480,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,470 square feet of living area.

This week’s 20 residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 26 and Sept. 30.

St. James Park
Stephen and Martha Ellicott, of Barrington, R.I., sold their home at 6620 Hunter Combe Crossing to Steven and Sheila Cohen, University Park, for $429,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2004.

Greenbrook Village
Sean and Jennifer Nelson sold their home at 15020 Bowfin Terrace to Christopher and Stefanie Guido, Lakewood Ranch, for $425,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,146 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2010.

Helaine Grant, Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 6718 Pirate Perch Trail to Bruce Chipurnoi, of Bethpage, N.Y., for $292,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,294 square feet of living area.

John and JoAnn Neis, trustees, of Huntley, Ill., sold the home at 14178 Cattle Egret Place to John Chrusciel and Carol Chrusciel, Lakewood Ranch, for $215,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet of living area.

Edgewater Village
Upscale Properties LLC sold the home at 6661 Windjammer Place to Gregory Sommer and Linda Carter, Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in February.

Mote Ranch
Virginia McArdle, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 6212 Cypress Bend Court to Judith Soha, of Fairfax, Va., for $372,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $277,000 in 1998.

Austin Forbord and Michelle Trott, of Alameda, Calif., sold their home at 6630 Cooper Ridge Trail to George and Nola Sesso, of Calvert, Md., for $209,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,162 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2004.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Steven and Anna Chesanek, Bradenton, sold their home at 615 Sand Crane Court to Ronald Ralph and Hazel Summers, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $368,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,679 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2001.

River Club South
Matthew Woods and Joanna Bailey sold their home at 10159 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Birgit and Matthew Marsh, Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2003.

Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 9935 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Milan Simik, Sarasota, for $223,500. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $387,000 in 2003.

Riverwalk Ridge
Robin and Melinda Lawton, trustees, sold the home at 6923 Honeysuckle Trail to Benjamin and Erin Jones, Lakewood Ranch, for $345,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,778 square feet of living area.

Saddlebag Creek Ranches
Michael and Amy Hamilton sold their home at 29810 Saddlebag Trail to Sandra Petersen and Cheryl Grimes, of Kenosha, Wis., for $338,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,692 square feet of living area.

Benjamin and Claire Allott sold their home at 6184 46th St. E. to Elizabeth Nonnemacher, trustee, for $320,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2008.

Danne and Susan Murphy, Myakka City, sold their home at 6611 261st St. E. to Robert and Deborah Becht, Bradenton, for $270,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,673 square feet of living area.

Braden Pines
Douglas Cameron sold his home at 10624 Forest Run Drive to Seth and Heather Kardos, Bradenton, for $260,750. Built in 1984, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,346 square feet of living area.

Ashley Trace at University Place
BankUnited sold the home at 8107 Coates Row Place to Sarah Murphy, University Place, for $245,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,127 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,700 in 2005.

Greyhawk Landing
Fannie Mae sold the home at 12732 Daisy Place to Ali Anoshiravani, Bradenton, for $243,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,038 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $393,000 in 2007.

The Moorings at Edgewater III
SunTrust Bank sold the Unit 202 condominium at 6560 Moorings Point Circle to Chris and Deana Iacobelli, Lakewood Ranch, for $201,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,344 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,700 in 2004.

U.S. Bank, N.A., trustee, sold the home at 3702 Little Country Road to Andrew Irick, of Bedford, Texas, for $231,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $484,000 in 2005.
