Queens Harbour home sells for $1.76 million

Kelly and David Cain sold their home in Queens Harbour, at 3578 Fair Oaks Way, to Fred and Loraine McWilliams, of Greenwood, Ind., for $1.76 million. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,118 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,175,000 in 2007.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 10 and Oct. 14. Of this week’s 11 sales, four were for more than $1 million.

Grand Bay II
Sally Yanowitz, Sarasota, sold her Unit 266 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Vacys Garbonkus and Laima Nainys, Longboat Key, for $1,137,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area.

Dream Island
William and Anna Tiller, Tampa, sold their home at 712 Dream Island Road to Bruce Grassfield, Denver, for $850,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2006.

Country Club Shores
Thomas Biegel, of Montgomery, Ohio, sold his home at 521 Putting Green Lane to James and Kate Olson, Longboat Key, for $585,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,786 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,375,000 in 2006.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Sherri Keiler-Lane, of Scarsdale, N.Y., sold her home at 573 Norton St. to Kendall and Michelle Coates, of Lansing, N.Y., for $525,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $141,000 in 1993.

Islands West
C. Martin Cooper, trustee, Longboat Key, sold the Unit 6-E condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Stacy Rolfe, of Chesterfield, Mo., for $520,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,491 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 1997.

Beachplace I
Jerry and Lenore Silverman, of Wyckoff, N.J., sold their Unit 102 condominium at 1115 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jessica Mayer, of Woodland Park, N.J., for $428,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2004.

Longboat Arms
John and Joyce Olesen, of Roscoe, Ill., sold their Unit 107-C condominium at 3320 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Maryann Tata, Longboat Key, for $215,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $234,000 in 2004.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Gary Schawarzman, Gillian Shaw and Donald Schwarzman, of Falmouth, Mass., sold their Unit 701 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Muriel Schwarzman, Longboat Key, for $203,500. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2004.

St. Armands Towers
William and Sandra Brock, of Annapolis, Md., sold their Unit 10W condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Linda Conroy, of Lake in the Hills, Ill., for $1,487,600. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2009.

The Beach Residences
David and Sarah Shock and Susan and Stuart Cahn, Tampa, sold their Unit 707 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Francis Henry Jr., trustee, of McLean, Va., for $1.35 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.66 million in 2006.
